Practical Joke

I recently found this on my front lawn. It was placed there by a fellow Realtor. The sign on front says "FOR SALE. Take me home. Sit on me and Love me for $25 o.b.o". I think it’s really funny. I gave the couch away. I, however, need some ideas on retaliation. If you have any, please let me know.
