Practical Joke
I recently found this on my front lawn. It was placed there by a fellow Realtor. The sign on front says "FOR SALE. Take me home. Sit on me and Love me for $25 o.b.o". I think it’s really funny. I gave the couch away. I, however, need some ideas on retaliation. If you have any, please let me know.

Put a FSBO sign in his front yard, with his cell# on it.
Did this to a friend a couple years ago when he was out of town on vacation. *wicked giggle*
Get some friends to call him about his add in the paper selling show pigs. If you know some folks who are good actors this can be a whole lot of fun.
Put an add in the paper for the show pigs!
